How it works
Step 1
Send the job when you finish it
Your customer's email, what you did, the mileage, and when the next service is due. It takes about a minute at the counter.
Step 2
Your customer adds it to their car
They get an email from us naming your business. One click puts the job on their car's history, confirmed by you — or makes their car a page if it does not have one. Nothing goes on a car unless they add it.
Step 3
They are reminded to come back
Two weeks before the next service is due, they get an email with a button to book with you.
What an approved business gets
Your name on the work
Every job a customer adds shows on their car's history as confirmed by you, and counts on your page — evidence a buyer can check, which a review is not. You can withdraw a confirmation at any time.
Reminders that come back to you
Set when the next service is due and the reminder carries your name and a link to your enquiry form. The customer can switch reminders off; most will not want to.
A proper business page
Cover photograph, an Approved business badge, your address with a maps link, opening hours, phone and website. Enquiries reach you without your email address being published.
Projects
Write up the builds you are proud of, with up to twelve photographs each, linked to the car when it is on the site.
Listed in the directory
Found by what you do — tuning, servicing, bodywork, detailing, parts — and where you are.
A sticker for the counter
The same QR sticker that goes on a car, pointing at your page. Put it on the desk, the van or the invoice. Your parts for sale and the meets you run show on your page too.
Questions
Do my customers have to pay?
No. A car page, its full history, confirmed jobs and reminders are all on the free plan.
What does a business account cost?
Applying costs nothing, and every business is checked by a person before it is listed. Approval comes with the Business plan. That plan does not have a price yet, and nobody is being charged for it.
What does a confirmation say about the car?
Only that you did that piece of work, on that date. It is not an inspection and not a statement that the car is roadworthy, and the page says so wherever it appears.
What if I send a job to the wrong address?
Cancel it from your list of sent jobs. Only the account with the address it was sent to can add it, so a mistyped address cannot put your job on a stranger's car.
What happens to my customers' email addresses?
We email the address once, with the job. If the customer does not add it, the record and the address are deleted 120 days after you sent it. How we handle it.
