To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at Drive Lookup within 7 days of your purchase:
Provide your order number and details regarding the reason for your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Orders that have not yet been processed can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase by contacting our support team.
Once a report has been generated, cancellations are not possible as the service has already been rendered.
